Plan with Me | Bullet Journal Setup for April 2019

Happy April! Apologies for posting this after the month has already begun—I used my most recent posting day for my blog tour post for Small Town Hearts!

Anyway, in today’s post I’ll be sharing my bullet journal setup for the month of April. I’m trying some new things out this month, and while I’m not sure if I’ll stick with them or not, it’s been fun to mix my spreads up a bit.

I’ve combined my theme from last April (clouds) with my theme from the April before that (umbrellas) for a slightly redundant, but fun theme: rain, so a rain cloud is front and center on my cover page. I also utilized a font that I’ve been really liking lately that was inspired by bullet journal icon AmandaRachLee’s most recent Plan with Me.

Now, on to the unusual part: my next page is horizontal and combines a recap of March and a (still blank) space for April goals. I hope to fill in the left side soon so I can talk about it in my monthly recap blog post on Saturday.

My next page, my monthly spread, is also horizontal. I’m sure if I’ll continue using this layout, so but far it’s been working!

My highlights page has not changed much since last month: it’s just a simple grid with a heading and an umbrella doodle.

My habit tracker is also pretty similar to last month, though of course I added some rain clouds and used the bubble lettering from my other April pages.

Thanks for reading! Let me know in the comments—how have you set up your bullet journal for April? Do you have any ideas for themes I could do next month?
