Hi friends! Fall has started to arrive where I live, so I last weekend I grabbed a sweater and curled up on the couch to celebrate the change in seasons with a new doodle page in my bullet journal.
I’ve gotta say, I learned from my last doodle page and opted to sketch my doodles in pencil before inking them, and I think it really helped!
Wearing cozy sweaters is one of my favorite things about fall, as is playing soccer (though my soccer ball failed a little bit—they’re so hard to draw).
One of the things I really enjoyed about making this page is the little fall-y details I repeated over and over when I had little bits of empty space on the paper, like leaves, candy corn, etc.
I guess it may seem a little odd that I put books on my page for autumn since I read year-round, but autumn is such a cozy season and reading is one of the main things I associate with coziness.
I can’t have fall without back to school, so I had to include a little spiral notebook in this corner.
Do you like fall? Do you say fall or autumn? (I say both.) What are your favorite things about fall? Do you like doing bullet journal doodles that are related to the current season? Talk to me in the comments!
Also if you end up using any of these doodles in your journal I would love to see, so feel free to tag me if you post them online! I’m @blossomsandbujos on Instagram and @blossomsbujos on Twitter.
