#BookstagramBoost | Top 5 Underrated Bookstagram Accounts

Happy Tuesday, my friends! In the spirit of spreading the love, as tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, I’m linking up with #BookstagramBoost, which is hosted by Aimee @ Aimee, Always. This is a meme where you feature 5-10 bookstagram accounts that you think deserve more followers! If you wanna find out more, here’s Aimee’s post.

I already did a post about my favorite bookstagrams (read it here) but I really like the idea of featuring smaller accounts! So without further ado, I present to you five of my favorite bookstagram accounts with less than a thousand followers!

Jewel has such pretty photos! This account is super close to 1K, so go give it some love.

But if Pekka Rollins kills us all, I’m going to get Wylan’s ghost to teach my ghost how to play the flute just so that I can annoy the hell out of your ghost.”⠀ Brekker’s lips quirked. “I’ll just hire Matthias’ ghost to kick your ghost’s ass.”⠀ “My ghost won’t associate with your ghost,” Matthias said primly, and then wondered if the sea air was rotting his brain.”⠀ —Leigh Bardugo, Six of Crows⠀ -⠀ What was your favorite book you read in January?⠀ I loved The Night Circus. Ok so Vanessa just reached 700 followers and idk why this page doesn’t have like a trillion? The entire feed is so beautiful and I just don’t understand. Everything is so cohesive and pleasing and the filter is so nice.

Bea has a ton of really cool photos, but I think this one is my favorite.

It's a little past August 12 here, but hooray for such an awesome Saturday! 🌻 I had my one day, fun break from school and was finally able to finish Geekerella (2.5 stars). Although my appreciation for this book was affected in part of my reading Cinder and Ella a few months back, it's also not just because of that. This book for me was a bit childish, and not even that funny. The writing also did not impress me. (sorry, don't hate me) I have absolutely nothing against the book and all those who adore it, but I personally didn't like it. You tend to compare when you've read multiple retellings and if you've experienced Cinder and Ella, you'd know and agree that it had more substance + the writing was way better than Geekerella. The latter also had some This Is What Happy Looks Like elements and altho TIWHLL wasn't a retelling (im not sure) it also was better. Am I being horrible? I dunno but nah, Geekerella just didn't appeal to me. What was the last book you read and how was it?
